Our company has established a computer control management system that is widely used on die design, manufacturing, aluminum rod melting and casting, profile extrusion, surface treatment and product inspection. The advanced Japanese Direct Reading Spectrometer is capable of realizing the control over chemical composition of aluminum alloy in advance. During casting, aluminum titanium boron wirer is used for grain refinement.The product quality has reached European standards and exceeded national standards.

There are 6 automatic extrusion production lines (Japan, leading in China) with 500 to 2500 American ton and the annual output is about 20,000tons
*Anodizing Workshop
Production lines for automatic anodizing, dyeing and electrophoresis coating (Japan, leading in China) with the annual output of 23,000 tons
*Electrophoresis workshop
A complete set of Electrophoresis equipment is imported from Japan that can ensure even coating and excellent luster. The coating is of outstanding resistance to acid, alkaline, salt, boiling water, weather and corrosion.
*Powder Coated Workshop
Automatic powder exchange spay production lines (Switzerland ITW Gema, leading in the world)reaching the annual output of 7,000 tons
*Fluorocarbon Sprayed Workshop
The advanced Switzerland ITW Gema magic powder exchange spray equipment is applied in production line of fluorocarbon spray extrusions, with high powder adhesion rate. The films of products are uniform and free from bottom leak and excessive margin. In addition, the films are rich in colors, the number of which reaches 256.
*Thermal- Break Process Workshop
In thermal-break production line, we use the high precision equipment made in Italy MOM industry Co., which can generate the uniform deformation of extrusions heat insulation strip slot and ensure the shear force at pressing position of heat insulation extrusions.
